Forced Rest
I planned on taking it easier for the break and reduce my time spent training, so that I could focus on rest and recovery. The fact was I was still going to train, however, the universe had other plans for me. I injured my foot, and can't really put a lot of weight on it. It makes training difficult when you're hobbling through your forms. So, I have been on forced rest as my foot heals up. Otherwise, the time off has been just what I needed, space to relax and reconnect with people without worrying about a busy schedule.
