I learned really quickly last year that my body couldn’t keep up with the demand of 50000 push-ups and situps on top of my CrossFit workouts.  This year I have decided to split the work between the two. Here is my first WOD of the year of the Pig and my results. I’m hoping to make the goal of 25000 push-ups and sit-ups at the end of the year along with the logged WOD’s that I do.
