June Numbers

         Another month, and another month closer to the end of the Year of the Rabbit.  My numbers so far are:

Km's- 1506

AOK- 633

PU/SU- 26, 240

Lung- 354

Stick- 352

Sparring- 465 minutes

Kicks- 2,568 

        Still slacking on the writing, but I am setting aside time on my trip to pump out a short story or 2.  I'll miss seeing everyone at Kung fu for the next couple of weeks, but I'll be busy training in BC.

        Our Lion, Dragon, and Demo went superb on Saturday.  Super proud of this team.  I know I won't be there Thursday for the Dragon Dance, but I know you will all crush it.  Looking forward to seeing what the rest of the year brings.  See you back on the mats on the 17th.
